Replace the mechanism housing. To Adjust Grind: For a coarse grind, turn the white adjustment knob counterclockwise. For a fine grind, turn the white adjustment knob clockwise. Care Instructions: Wipe grinders clean with slightly dampened cloth or paper towel; do not Immerse in water.
